• To place an order online, simply find an item you want and select "add to cart". Don't forget to select a size. Once you have done this, click checkout in the top right corner.

• Our site featured the latest and SSL security and our payments are processed via a large, respected merchant.

• We currently accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and Amex
• Can I track my order?
• Tracking numbers are emailed out once your item is shipped.
• How long do orders usually take to get?
• Orders are shipped out typically in 1-3 days. US orders take about 4-7 days to get, while international can take anywhere from 7-14 days.

• We currently only offer a standard shipping option. If you need your item in a hurry, just shoot us an email to work it out.
• How much is shipping?
• Shipping in the US is 14 dollars for a single deck and shipping abroad is anywhere from 28-35 dollars. Bulk shipping applies to orders of 2 or more decks.

• We ship worldwide.

• Our items are packed with the best care that money can buy. Your item comes securely packed in peanuts and a box. Skateboards and snowboards are doubled bagged and packed in peanuts.

• Deckpeck is a site that allows our members to create their own skateboard stores. You do the designing, we do the printing and shipping, and you make money for every board sold. We make it easy for you to upload your designs and track your sales.

• How do I open a store?
• To get started, click join now and make your store. Once you are registered, click on your name and start adding products.
• What is the product made of and how do I know it is quality?
• Tracking numbers are emailed out once your item is shipped.
• Where do I get the templates from?
• Templates can be downloaded from drop.io/dptemplates or the link in your admin dashboard.
• Where do I put my high resolution file?
• We provide a link in the "add a product" form for your hi res link. Just point us where to get it from. You can upload it to your own server or feel free to use www.drop.io
• How do I delete or edit a product?
• Simply find the product on the left panel of the products tab and click edit or delete.
• Why wont my item upload?
• Most likely the file size of the preview image is to large. Make sure that the size is clearly under 100kb or 50kb.
• How do I change my password?
• This can be found under the Design tab at the top.
• Can I change my store URL?
• No.
• What products do you offer?
• We currently offer skateboards, longboards, wheels, snowboards, journals, art, and messenger bags
• What is the profit split on each item?
• Base prices can be found on the sell page.
• Does opening a store cost money?
• Nope, it is 100 percent free.

• Simply log into your admin and click the stats tab..
• Do I retain ownership of artwork submitted?
• Your artwork is yours to do as you please. Keep it up or take it down whenever you feel like it.
• How do I get paid?
• Paypal. Check on request..
• When do I get paid?
• Payments are sent out at the first of every month.
